Mahmoud and Toon have a wholesale business and have been very successful in trading in jeans for many years. They purchase the stock at home and abroad and regularly travel around Europe. The clothing is sold through various sales channels and customers can be found in the Netherlands and abroad. In addition to daily accounting, they also have to deal with international regulations and reporting, as well as importing and exporting. Mahmoud and Toon used to have a Partnership under Firm together, but when they got bigger, Raijmad helped them convert that into a Limited Company. The accounting documents are entered daily by Toon in the portal and every week Mahmoud makes the payments on the basis of the list drawn up by the employee of Raijmad. Mahmoud’s daughter now also works in the company and Raijmad takes care of the salary administration. The results are closely monitored and Mahmoud and Toon regularly meet with the people at Raijmad to discuss progress and specifics. The annual accounts are drawn up every year and all legal obligations are complied with. Mahmoud and Toon only can now concentrate on their business and they pay a fixed amount of € 525 per month.

A lot is involved in the financial administration of a company in the healthcare sector. Fien and Maria experienced this when they started their company in 2005. The company has since grown into a thriving business with thirty employees and Raijmad BV still takes care of the daily administration and the salaries. The HR activities are also carried out by Raijmad, including supervision of absenteeism and the registration of leave. Naturally, the collective labor agreement is closely monitored.

The annual reporting to the government and anything needing to be reported in the interim are done by Raijmad, including the usual reports such as the annual accounts and tax returns. Periodically, Fien and Maria visit Raijmad’s office for a meeting with their contact person. Each month, Fien and Maria pay a fixed amount of € 800 for all activities.
