Paula has a successful hairdressing salon with men, women and children as regular clients. She also sells all kinds of haircare products. Her turnover is registered daily on her cash register. She also collects all purchase invoices and receipts so that she can send them to Raijmad BV every quarter. At Raijmad, her financial administration is completely taken care of, and the VAT return is filed every quarter. Paula is also provided with advice and kept informed of current events. At the end of the year, the annual accounts are drawn up and the income tax return for Paula and her husband are made. For all this work, Paula pays a fixed amount of € 145,- per month. That way she always knows exactly where she stands.
As a journalist, Maryam is on the road all day and incurs lots of small expenses. She takes photos of the receipts and uses an app to immediately send them to Raijmads’ accounting department. The receipts are processed along with the bank statements, which have been digitally received. At the end of the quarter, the Raijmad employee calculates the VAT and submits the declaration to the tax authorities. When the year is over, the annual accounts are drawn up including the income tax return for Maryam and her partner. For example, Maryam was able to respond quickly this year when the mortgage advisor asked for income data, and now she lives in her new house. Maryam pays € 85 per month for the administrative work.
Joris’s catering company has gone through a difficult period, but is now running at full speed again. During the Covid lockdowns, Raijmad BV assisted Joris with advice and assistance and took care of all activities to obtain government support for him. A catering company such as Joris’ has an extensive debtor and creditor administration and the entire bookkeeping is therefore completely done by the employees Raijmad. The paperwork is regularly supplied by Joris via a portal and the bank details are also available digitally. The company is a private limited company and each year Raijmad provides Joris with the annual accounts, the mandatory publication in the trade register and the corporate tax returns.
Raijmad also takes care of all contacts with the tax authorities and other governments. Joris pays € 325 per month for all these activities.
